As long as I have been breathing I’ve always had blonde hair. Nothing else was ever an option until the talented Sam Burnett of RUSH London introduced me to ombre colour. This was last year and simply put, was pretty life changing. Being blonde but also fulfilling the reoccurring dream of going dark was a good option for a girl would was depending more and more was on her highlight fix.
But that was then and this is now. I may be going back to blonde, but the experience of a semi-permanent application is something I won’t forget. Undoing the ombre is a slow process, but good things come to those who wait…and the middle ground isn’t too painful either.
