It's party time...

OK so I know I might be getting a little bit ahead of myself but I keep seeing sequins and party dresses and my minds going into overdrive. Plus working in this industry means lots of awards, launches and any other word you can think of that really means party. So I thought I'd share a few of my party season lust-haves.

*Balmain sequin stripe trousers £842.50 The Outnet

*Jacquard cutaway top Topshop Unique £160

*UO Gold Locket £22

*Balenciaga clutch £625

I'm also on the hunt for the perfect pair of skinny leather trousers so any suggestions would be very much appreciated!

Bag Decision

It’s that time of year when, after months of internal debating, I have decided to invest in a new bag. It turns out , this decision was the easy part, now I need to decide which bag will be the chosen one? Another classic Miu Miu, which personally, I feel can never go wrong or a move towards the Alexander Wang Marion. But the size of this means I’d have to make daily decisions as to what can go in the bag.
Decision-making isn’t my thing. I would rather someone else made the decision so I could blame them if/when it goes wrong. So if anyone would like to make this decision for me it would be greatly appreciated.

New Addictions

Every now and then there comes along a new beauty treatment that I love but this has to be the best by far...

Rockstar Nails

First off I need to tell you that this picture really doesn't do them any justice. When I booked in for my nails I thought I was just going to stick to my usual Shellac manicure in my trademark colour Fedora. Until my wonderful nail girl told me about shiny, new and exciting. If you know me you'll know I'm always up for trying new things especially where glitter is involved. Anyway my mind was blown when I found out how easy these nails were to do, in fact I'm convinced that if I has all the equipment I'd be able to do these myself.

We started off with the Shellac base coat and under the UV light my little fingers went. This next part is the bit that really blew my mind. Merelle applied the shellac colour as normal and then she tipped a pot of purple glitter on to my nail REAL GLITTER, like the kind you used to play with when you were young. We finished with a shellac top coat and some buffing and ta da, perfect glittery nails.

There was no gaps in the colour like there has been when I've tried to use glittery nail varnish before. And the best bit was the colour choice, she literally had every colour of glitter you could imagine - Gold, Silver, Black, Pink, Purple, Green you name it she had it.

Sadly my manicure has now chipped itself away and I'm waiting on my next one. I wonder what colour I'll go for next!

Hair dilemma . .

So as the seasons are changing so is fashion and if truth be told so is my mission to change my hair style!

All the Six in the City girls seem to be doing something different - Chelsea D has just walked in with a new style - jealous much? And it's spurring me on to change too. I've chopped and changed in the past, I've been brunette, red, black, copper and now blonde.

Blake Lively's always an inspiration, if truth be told I'm so jealous of her long blonde locks but then again I do love a bob - not a severe sharp bob but more softer. I was a huge fan of Nicole Richie when she went for it! Hmmm what to do? Come back in a year and I may have changed my style then . .
